Peer Talk
PeerTalk PeerTalk's vision is to establish a UK wide network of volunteer facilitated peer support group meetings for people who experience depression and to offer support to their families. In addition to establishing peer support group meetings, PeerTalk aims to inform and equip individuals and communities to make a positive response to mental health issues.

Any level of pregnancy sickness is unpleasant, but if you are suffering enough that you have come looking for help online then the chances are you are suffering more than “normalâ€. Pregnancy Sickness Support is the only UK charity supporting women and birthing people with pregnancy sickness and Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG). We have a variety of different support services available including our helpline, WhatsApp service and counselling service for current and post sufferers. We exist to champion the needs of those suffering with nausea and vomiting in pregnancy and HG, and to empower healthcare professionals via evidence based research to provide the standard of care and treatment that all sufferers deserve.

Rural Mental Health Matters (RMHM) is a Dorset-based, national Social Enterprise, focused on tackling mental and physical health inequality. Where people live and the disabilities they live with should not be a barrier to accessing care and support.

SOBS
We help individuals support each other, at the time of their loss and in the months and years that follow. We aim to provide safe, confidential environments where people can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from each other.

Speak Their Name
Exploring ways to manage the grief of losing a loved one to suicide, and seeking support through connection to similarly bereaved families, the idea of a ‘suicide memorial quilt' emerged. Anyone bereaved by suicide can create a memorial square on fabric by embroidery, stitching, painting, or any other artistic route. Each unique square is dedicated to their loved one. With all the squares sewn together into a quilt, a beautiful memorial is created.

Sporting Wellness
Sporting Wellness is a registered charity, that provides free, professional, mental health support for all representative sports people aged 16 or over, based in the United Kingdom. We believe that every representative athlete should have access to a robust, mental health support system to give them the best chance at sporting success. We are also dedicated to creating a parity between mental and physical health in sport, with mental wellness being just as important as physical fitness. Athletes who are approved into our support system receive access to a professional mental health support platform, enabling them to counselling services, a 24-7 helpline, self-help programmes and much, much more.

Support After Suicide Partnership
The Support After Suicide Partnership brings together suicide bereavement organisations and people with lived experience, to achieve a vision that everyone bereaved or affected by suicide is offered timely and appropriate support.

Support Line
SupportLine provides a confidential telephone helpline offering emotional support to any individual on any issue. The Helpline is primarily a preventative service and aims to support people before they reach the point of crisis. It is particularly aimed at those who are socially isolated, vulnerable, at risk groups and victims of any form of abuse.

Talk Club
Talk Club is a UK male mental health charity. We aim to reduce male suicide through talking groups that start with asking ‘How are you? Out of 10?' By putting a number on how we feel and explaining why, men have a way to open up and measure their mental fitness.
