I am also the Co-Founder of Blue Tea, an agile software development company, and lead the Client and in-house Product team. Sustainable innovation and effective leadership are my passions.   <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">What do you do for Ripple?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p>I provide strategic direction for our Artificial Intelligence initiatives, including the nitty-gritty of our engineering and data science teams\u2019 implementations, to ensure we stay ahead of the curve, remain sustainable, and help as many people as possible.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Why is Ripple important to you?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p>I live by the \u201ceveryone deserves to be happy\u201d motto. Having been (indirectly, initially!) involved since the early stages of Ripple Suicide Prevention on its path to develop technology that fulfils this goal, makes me immensely proud of the vision, the
